Eating Disorders

Helping to improve your relationship with food

You might be here because you're experiencing:

  • Intrusive food thoughts
  • Undesirable behaviour around food such as restriction, overeating, purging
  • A loss of control when it comes to eating
  • Fear of eating and feeling full

Together we work to restore a balanced relationship with food through careful exploration of all contributing factors.

I use behavioural and nutritional interventions with weekly support sessions to help you take back control.

Changes are gradual and often small so the process is sustainable.

There are no fad diets or restrictive mindsets.

Education, cooperation and compassion are key to my approach.
