
ABOUT ME
Based in central Guildford and London, I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist working specifically with women to support, educate and guide them using evidence-based and functional medicine approaches combined with more age-old wisdom from alternative therapies such a herbs, acupuncture, meditation.
Since my teenage years I have been on a journey to overcome issues with my own health. After a period of trying different medical approaches, I felt that a life on medication wasn’t the answer for me. I finally learnt how to change my health and outlook using diet and lifestyle and it drove me to be able to help others in the same way. I was inspired to learn more and subsequently studied nutrition for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Now as a busy mum of three boys I have very different challenges but I’m passionate about the support and guidance I can give to other women struggling on the path to their best health. I want to send the message out there that you too can take control of your health and happiness!
In my role as a Nutritional Therapist I see clients with many of the following issues and more besides:
Fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid health, weight management, autoimmunity, perimenopause. Symptoms such as PMS, painful periods, irregular cycles, skin issues, thinning hair, fatigue, cravings, menstrual bloating.
I also work closely with women who are looking to optimise their future health with preventative diet and lifestyle measures.
