I'm Amie, an MSc-qualified nutritionist and published PCOS researcher with eight years of clinical experience helping women make sense of what's happening in their bodies. I specialise in addressing hormonal health and have helped many women with conditions such as PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, irregular periods, perimenopause, and menopause as well as providing specialist nutritional support for eating disorders.

My approach goes beyond generic advice. Every client receives a thorough investigation of their symptoms and health history, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan grounded in the latest research, and ongoing weekly support to keep them motivated and moving forward.
