I’m passionate about working with women who have struggled with PCOS and are looking for some guidance and structure from a qualified professional in dealing with their health. ⁣⁣

A quick Google search will reveal a lot of information geared towards the management of PCOS but every woman’s experience of the condition is vastly different. So how can we apply a blanket approach? 

My focus is very much on creating a personalised plan together with my clients. I see women who are at different stages of understanding and managing their PCOS and all have different symptoms, concerns, lifestyles, goals etc.
